Rather than sleeping, like a sane person, I decided to stay up way, WAY late for me (early for a lot of other folks) and I made an attempt to color the Vincent and Cloud lineart.
*rolls eyes*
It totally didn't work, and I wasted 5 hours of work. I tried a painterly lineart look and I think I'm gonna go back to the comic book look of the Rude/Reno piece.
This version was about halfway done. Still needed a lot of background painting, highlights on all the black clothing and forground painting (including the buster sword) But I ditched this at this point and am starting over later today.
Man, when I blow it, I really blow it hard... =<O
