This one might make a nice, if smallish, wallpaper. It's very work safe, so no worries. Reno's just got his head in Rude's lap. (Shush! You know I don't mean like that. Though one of those might come some day...)
Anyway, this one is totally for
emerald_embers because she's been so sweet! Every piece of art comes with things I like and things I don't. In this instance, I really enjoyed the shape of Rude's head. It just made me happy. What I didn't like was Reno's nose ring. Of course, every time I go to paint it out of the picture he has a fuss at me. So it's there for now.
I was glad i did this one comic style, it pleases me much more than a painterly look for the two of them. I think most of my forrays into illustrating ffvii characters will be in this style from hence forth. It's no less time consuming, in fact, it takes longer. But I do like the clean look of the linework.
